Do you know buckwheat pancakes recipe with no milk? Are they delicious?

Hello, my name is Bella, and I am 19 years old. I have already lost 3 kilograms thanks to buckwheat diet and exercising. But I still need to continue working on myself, my figure and health. My sports instructor advised me to cook buckwheat pancakes, but as I am a vegan, I would like to ask you whether you know a recipe for buckwheat pancakes with no milk. Do you know any? Moreover, could you tell me other tasty vegan meals recipes, which I can consume on buckwheat diet? I will appreciate your help; I’m looking forward to your answers, thanks a lot.

Hey, Bella! I do 🙂 All you need is 20 minutes and some ingredients! 150 grams of buckwheat flour, a tablespoon of some dietary fiber like flax mix or omega blend, 2,5 teaspoons of baking powder, some sea salt to your taste, 250 ml of milk (either almond or coconut since we do not use dairy here), 1 banana (puree, as an egg replacement since you are vegan), a tablespoon of some syrup if you want, a tablespoon of your favorite oil.
Do not expect them to be beautiful and fluffy, like all the other pancakes, you will make them look better with topping. Syrop and slices of seasonal berries and fruit…. Last time I combined my buckwheat pancakes with baked apples, that was awesome! You should try. Bon appetite!
