What are the lowest calorie dessert recipes?

Hello everyone, my name is Tina. Even though I have decided to eat well, I still have a sweet tooth. I love all sorts of cakes, ice cream, pies, cupcakes, muffins, chocolate, candies. Brown sugar, whipped cream, peanut butter, cream cheese, frozen chocolate, dark chocolate chip, chocolate mousse.  This list of yummies can continue for a long time:) But since I decided to follow nutrition trends 2019, I should eat and train properly.

It’s hard for me to give up the sweet immediately. My friends advised me several recipes. I made nougat from dried fruits and nuts. It was delicious. But I would like to diversify my diet sweeter. Maybe some cakes. For example, if you know the recipe of diet chocolate brownie, I would be in seventh heaven. What about baked apples, fresh fruit or frozen yogurts, greek yogurt, carrot cake mix? As far as I know, they’re fat free. So you get a minimum of calories per serving. Don’t you?

But I want not only brownies and the recipes of other delicious sweets 🙂 Do you know the low calorie dessert recipes? What is your favourite? Are they as tasty as usual sweets and how many calories do they have? Hope you will share some recipes with me, I will be delighted, guys. I’m waiting for your answers, thanks a lot.

Hello Tina!

You know, I am a big fan of chocolate brownie. But since I am eating only low-fat meals I have found this amazing recipe. Hope you will like it as much as I. This is an easy chocolate brownie recipe.

So here we go with the ingredients:

Do not be scared, but you need 2 cans of red bean, 4 eggs, 2-3 tablespoons of xylitol or other sweeteners, 1 tablespoon of cocoa, 1 teaspoon of soda, 2 drops of vanilla oil.

Prepare: Mix all the ingredients. Pour the mass into the plate secured with silver, greased with coconut oil. In addition, you can sprinkle with crushed dark chocolate. Put in the oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 min. 16 pieces on the entire tin. 1 piece of brownie = 70 kcal.

Hello, Tina! I’m very glad you asked ! You know, this is a huge problem today to make a dessert, which will be for 100% useful and nutritious, without harm for your health. But while surfing a little bit on the internet, I’ve found an incredible and unusual recipe of pudding! I’m just crazy about puddings, so here you go – my favorite recipe ever!

Light strawberry protein pudding

Kcal — 43.6
Ingredients
All you need is:
0.5% milk — 250 ml
water — 100 g (it should be cold)
casein — 27 g (1 cup)
agar-agar — 1 tablespoon
stevia (sugar substitute) — 3 g (like this, to your taste)

Cooking method
Step 1. Stir the agar in water and put it on the fire. Bring to a boil and then keep it for 1-2 minutes.Don’t forget to stir all the time. Cool it down to 70-60 ° С.
Step 2. While the agar is cooling, pour the milk into the container, add casein and stevia on the top – and immediately whisk at a high speed with a mixer for 1-2 minutes before lush foam. Then add the agar mixture to the milk and once again whisk it with a mixer.
Step 3. Pour the mixture into the mold (I have a children’s deep bowl) and put it for cooling down to the refrigerator.
Step 4. That’s it. Get it put and enjoy delicious, strawberry, sweet, and quite harmless diet pudding for dinner! In this recipe, the pudding was sprinkled with three crushed pistachios and 1 teaspoon of chocolate chips. This option is possible for the snack.
Stay healthy!
