Is chocolate forbidden on diet? How badly will it affect me?

Hello everyone, I am Mary, and I am 24. I want to ask a very interesting for my question (and for many people who like eating sweet but need diet so much) – how much chocolate can I eat during the diet? Yeah, I know that it would be perfect if we reduce, and then avoid the chocolate, but I also heard that it is eve healthy to eat a little piece of real dark chocolate, that isn’t even sweet but bitter. So, what do you think about it? Is it possible to consume a little of chocolate during the diet and how severely will it affect me? Thank you for the answers and have a beautiful day.

Hello there, Mary! This one is a pretty good question…I have actually some ideas on this that might as well help you:
1.The key point here would be to stick to your goal. No matter what happens, please, do not even think about giving up. Always keep in mind what you want to achieve and be willing to work harder.

2. Try writing in a food bullet journal. The first thing you should write in it is how many sweets ( especially chocolate) your mind begs you to consume and how many of them you have actually taken per day. Each time you feel like eating a candy bar or another sugarcoated thing, go for some fruits or vegetables. You could also do so by replacing every thought of chocolate with doing some physical exercise or meditation? Believe me or not, it sure helps you…

3.If I were you, I would stop eating anything chocolate for a week, for instane. Do not be afraid to challenge yourself, since beleive ikt or not, your taste buds will definitely be grateful later.

4. Last but not least, always look for calories table on the product you buy. For example, one Milky Way bar will cost you about 450 kCal per 100 g.

Anyways, I will root for you! Make sure to make up your mind as soon as possible.
You go, girl!!
