Which quick aerobic cardio exercises to do at home?

Greetings! I have a question about quick cardio exercises.
I was doing them for a long time ago when I was younger and was going to the gym. I had my own plan, and I tried to stick to it.  But I’m not sure that I will be able to do it on my own now.
And my health is now worse, than a few years ago. I sometimes have heartache. Is it possible to do quick cardio exercises at home? Which exercises are comfortably to do at home and which not? What equipment do I need to have? What else should I know about these exercises? What aerobic home exercises can I do, if there are some problems with heart?
Is it possible to do quick aerobic cardio exercises for women to lose weight at home? What sets of workout can you recommend for this? What plan should I follow?

Hello Blum!

You can make this harder by adding jumps or jumping more powerfully for each movement, moving faster, using a deeper range of movement, or even holding onto weights or wearing a weighted vest. You can also take shorter or longer breaks as you need to, and more or less frequently; it’s all up to you to make the changes that you need to in order to properly push yourself. If you ever find yourself getting discouraged because it seems too difficult, remember that everyone has a starting place, and just make it your main goal to push yourself a little further each time.
