How to do effective Flex Ring Toner exercises?

Hello! Recently I’ve read an article about pilates magic circles for workouts. After that, I decided to buy the one that appealed to me the most. It’s Flex Ring Toner – the magic thing for toning up the body. Why did I decide to buy this circle?

The simulator is said to provide extra resistance for the body muscles and consequently helps you improve the effectiveness of training. This magic cit circle is principally used in Pilates and exercises to tone the muscles in problem areas. The pleasant benefit is that it is compact and lightweight, so it does not take up much space in the house. Besides, you can always take it with you on a trip or on vacation. Isn’t it amazing?

So I’ve bought the Flex Ring Toner on Amazon, but I do not have a good set of exercises to do with it. My question to you is the following:

  • Do you have the experience of training with Flex Ring Toner? Provide with good and effective Flex Ring Toner exercises.

Will be grateful for any answers. Looking forward, thanks!

Actually, workouts with Flex Ring toner include the intensive work of almost all muscle groups. The result is a perfect balance between the load and relax, beautiful relief and muscle form, a flexibility of the joints. Here is the example of Flex Ring Toner exercises:

  • Exercise 1: dynamic compression of the pectoral and the latissimus muscle of the back standing on one leg, another is aside. Additional load falls on the medium and small buttocks of both body parts.
  • Exercise 2: static compression of the abdominal muscles using leg movements. In this example, the exercise is aimed mainly at the abdominal muscles. Holding the ring with straight hands behind the head, you increase the outside force, and hence the load on the abdominal muscles.
  • Exercise 3: dynamic compression of the abdominal muscles. In this example, when moving hands forward, the force will decrease. This is not only because of the hands’ weight but also by the weight of the ring, which will reduce the load on the abdominal muscles.
  • Exercise 4: dynamic muscle compression in the lying position. In this example, the left foot rests on a ring that stands upright and is very unstable. This body position is extremely difficult to keep in balance. The right leg is limited in height by the size of the ring.
