What is the best Pilates DVD? from Maxim Nikitin
Hi! Recently was looking for the best Pilates Reformers for home use. After reading an article, decided to buy AeroPilates Precision Series Reformer 610. I’m completely satisfied with my purchase. The reformer is highly effective, the result is visible after a short time. Highly recommend to those who want to have perfect shapes. Training with Pilates reformer involves all the body muscles and keep your body in tonus while training. For the best result, do not forget to do the warm-up before training.
So now I need a good training program for effective workouts on my new AeroPilates Precision Series Reformer 610. Have already tried some exercises, but I need the system. Planning to do my workouts 4 times week, as I have time on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Sometimes, I change my schedule, but usually, it is as above. My question to you is the following:
- Do you know some good Pilates workout program? Provide with the best Pilates DVD.

Hello! I found a good Pilates DVD on Amazon. It is called Targeted Toning Pilates for Beginners from
O-ring. My friend has used it, and his results impressed me! The program is powerful, effective and easy to use. Highly recommend!
