Berry Coconut Smoothie

Low-calorie combinations, like this berry coconut smoothie, can be a good choice for a tasty, healthy smoothie for weight loss. Ingredients

  • 125 ml reduced-fat dairy milk or milk of choice
  • ½ medium banana frozen
  • 1 large handful of frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened desiccated coconut
  • 50 g plain Greek yoghurt or yoghurt of choice
  • 1 handful of ice cubes.

Instructions

  1. Place all of the smoothie recipe ingredients into a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes or until smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
