“The Broom” a fitness salad made of the fresh celery

Celery salads for the weight loss are highly recommended for women who are on their period since they usually help to reduce the ache and boost the haemoglobin production as well.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 small celeries
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 apple
  • 150 g the white cabbage
  • ½ onion
  • a tiny bundle of the fennel
  • a few tbsp of wheat brans
  • for the dressing take the vinegar, the linseed oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. “The Broom” salad has its own bewitching little detail. Its making speciality is considered to be the way the celery is being grated (use the large grater) and combined with the vinegar and the linseed oil, then being left to brew.

  2. During that time try to julienne some carrots, cabbages, onions and the apple.  

  3. Stir all received components and add some little-broken fennel sticks, wheat brans, salt to taste.
