The dietary salad with tomatoes and bryndza

Consuming this salad will not only reward you with a good figure but can also improve both your skin and muscles conditions.


  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 150-200 g bryndza
  • ½ pieces the red onion
  • basil leaves
  • 1-2 tsp the olive oil


  1. Cut both the bryndza and tomatoes into cubes. Place red onions circles on top and sprinkle the basil. The olive oil dressing is added before the serving.
