The cabbage, celery and cranberry salad for the weight loss

The dietary cabbage salad contains a lot of vitamins and microelements. In addition, it is considered to be the number one salad in the containment of potassium, phosphorus, calcium and vitamin C category.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head the cabbage
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • a handful smoked cranberries
  • 2-3 celery stems

Instructions

  1. Mince both the cabbage and celery stems. 
  2. Cut the onions rings. 
  3. Use the medium grater to grate some carrots.
  4. Mix all prepared ingredients, add the handful of smoked cranberries and spray both lemon juice and vinegar on top.

  5. Add salt to taste.
