PUMPKIN SMOOTHIE

Pumpkin drinks are an excellent solution for breakfast. It has few calories and a lot of fibre, which for a long time relieves the feeling of hunger. And due to the high concentration of iron, the pumpkin raises haemoglobin, struggles with stress and apathy.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup can be replaced with honey
  • ½ teaspoon of spices a mixture of dried ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, sweet pepper and cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Sweet pepper and cloves, crush in a mortar to a powder and mix with the rest of the spices. 

  2. Pumpkin peel and cut into cubes. Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
