SMOOTHIES FROM KHURMA

Persimmon raises working capacity, improves digestion and calms the nervous system. To cocktail was not tart, the fruit must be frozen beforehand.

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen persimmons chopped slices
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 small pear
  • 2 bunches of fresh spinach or other leafy greens
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Apple and pear cut into cubes, add frozen persimmon, spinach and water. 
  2. Beat in a blender until mashed.
