BEATROOT COCKTAIL

Beetroot in large quantities contains vitamins C, PP, B vitamins and trace elements. Beetroot smoothie improves metabolism, raises haemoglobin and removes excess cholesterol.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup of water
  • 1 beetroot
  • 2 dates without pits
  • 1 frozen banana

Instructions

  1. Peel beets and cut into small pieces. 
  2. Mix all the ingredients and beat in a blender until smooth.
