CARROT DRINK

Carrot smoothies relieve fatigue, improve complexion and, which is important in the autumn-winter period, increases resistance to colds.

Ingredients

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 mango
  • 2 bunches of spinach or other leafy greens
  • ½ cup of water

Instructions

  1. Carrots and mangoes peel and cut into small pieces. 
  2. Mix all ingredients and blend with a blender.
