Chicken Chops


  • 1 chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. low-fat sour cream
  • 1 tsp. musty mustard


  1. For marinade mix sour cream, soy sauce and mustard. 
  2. Cut chicken breast fillets along into four pieces and lightly beat off. 
  3. Marinate the chicken and leave it in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes. 
  4. Put into a mould, cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minute
