Cutlets on a vegetable cushion

Ingredients

  • 400 g of beef
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsp. Bran
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 packet of any vegetable mixture without potatoes and rice
  • 200 ml of water
  • fresh herbs
  • garlic
  • salt and
  • pepper - to taste

Instructions

  1. Beef, onion and carrot chop alternately in a blender and mix. 
  2. Add the egg, chopped greens, bran, salt, pepper. Stir and form cutlets. 
  3. At the bottom of the baking dish put the vegetables (do not salt), top the patties, pour a little water, cover with foil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 ° C.
