Cole salad with celery


  • 200 g of cabbage
  • 200 g of celery root
  • 4 stalks of celery
  • 2 tablespoons. fat-free sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. grain mustard
  • 0.5 tsp. ground ginger
  • a bunch of fresh herbs salt is not used


  1. Cabbage and stems finely chopped, grate the root.
  2. For the sauce, mix the sour cream, mustard and ground ginger, season the salad and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
