Gourd cutlets

Ingredients

  • 1 small pumpkin
  • flesh
  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • salt
  • two egg proteins
  • vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. To prepare vegetable patties for flatulent gourd diet, peel a small pumpkin (for example, butternut). 

  2. The flesh must be grated on a large grater, put out, let cool, then add 1 cup of oatmeal, a little salt and two egg proteins. 
  3. From the "dough" to form cutlets, fry in a small amount of vegetable oil.
