Pumpkin porridge


  • vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup of rice
  • 500 g, pumpkin
  • 4 tbsp. spoon oil
  • salt
  • a glass of water
  • sugar


  1. At the bottom of the pot, pour a little vegetable oil, pour 0.5 cup of rice, pre-soaked, washed and fried in a frying pan with butter.
  2. On top put a finely chopped pumpkin (500 g), 4 tbsp. oil, salt to taste, pour a glass of water, add a little sugar and cook over low heat under the lid until ready.

  3. Ready porridge slightly pour with vegetable oil, you can serve it with compote or jam.
