Red Fish Soup


  • 250 grams of red fish preferably salmon,
  • 2 potatoes
  • salt pepper to taste,
  • 15 g of butter or margarine
  • several feathers of green onions
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 50 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp. of chopped dill.


  1. Peel potatoes and cut into small cubes, boil in salted water until cooked and drain.
  2. In a large saucepan, fry the chopped green onion in butter. Tomatoes peeled and cut into cubes, add to the pan, then pour the cream and 300 ml of water.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste. Bring the soup to a boil. Separate fish from bones and cut into cubes.
  4. Put the fish and potatoes in a pan and cook the soup over medium heat until the fish is ready. When serving, sprinkle with dill.
