  • 5 pieces of strawberry
  • 1 handful of fresh mint
  • 1 apple
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 lime


  1. Peel the apple, discard the seeds.

  2. Chop up the mint

  3. Place all ingredients into a cup of a blender or food processor and squish the juice out of the lime

  4. Mix to the desired consistency. Pour into a glass, add desired garnishes.
