Healthy raspberry cakes

- 60 g almond
- 40 g oatmeal
- 3 tbsp Protein (or dry fatless milk)
- 2 egg
- 50 ml Unsweet almond milk (or fatless cow milk)
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/3 tsp Soda
- 5 tbsp Fruit puree (I used banana-apple child nutrition)
- 1 tbsp Agava syrup
- 1 tbsp Raspberry
- 1 tsp Coconut sugar
- 4 tsp Flaked almonds (as a decoration)
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Mix grinded almond, grinded oatmeal, protein, eggs, almond milk, baking powder, soda, fruit puree, agave syrup or stevia.
Place the mixture into dishes.
Now let’s cook a filling: mix raspberry with coconut sugar or stevia
Put a tablespoon of filling on every muffin.
Sprinkle with flaked almond and coconut sugar.
Bake for 20 minutes. That’s all, the cakes are ready. Have a nice meal.
