Diet gingersnap

- 4 tbsp Oat bran
- 1 tbsp Wheat bran
- 1 tbsp Protein (or use dry fatless milk instead)
- 1 tbsp Coconut flour
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds (if you want to cook began cookies then add 2-2 tablespoons of water, if not began – egg white)
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tbsp Corn starch
- 1 tbsp Stevia
- 1 tbsp Coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp Grinded nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Green cardamom
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper (to make it spicy)
- 1/3 tsp Pink salt
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
Put all dry ingredients into the coffee mill and grind.
Then add water or egg white and oil.
Put dough in the fridge for 10 minutes
Roll it out and make cookies.
Bake at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes, it depends on your oven.
