Non-alcohol apple punch to improve the health

We all know, that in time, when everyone sneezes it's important to remember to provide an organism with vitamin C. Hot punch is ideal for that cause. Because more, them 12% of all healthy elements, contained in that drink, is vitamin C. Besides, important role in immune system functioning is played by, calcium, iron, copper and molybdenum.

Ingredients

  • water
  • apple juice
  • 10 grams lemon juice
  • frozen cranberry or pomegranate seeds
  • cinnamon sticks

Instructions

  • Fill the cup with ice cubes.
  • Put the cinnamon stick in the water and boil it.
  • Strain, pour in the apple and lemon juice and boil again.
  • Pour the resulting mixture into a glass with ice, decorate with frozen cranberries and pomegranate seeds.
