Fat burning drink from kefir and cinnamon

Ingredients

  • Kefir (1%) (200-250 ml)
  • 1/2 tsp Blended cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Blended ginger
  • Red blended pepper (on the tip of a knife)

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients with a spoon or a blender. It's worth mentioning that the drink filled with oxygen, obtained by blending it with blende, is assimilated by the organism more easily. If the cocktail is too hot, you can reduce the amount of pepper, instead of adding the cinnamon (0,5 - 1 teaspoon) It's better to drink this cocktail before sleep.
