OnetspApple vinegar(it's better to make the vinegar by yourself)
1tbspHoney(preferably liquid honey)
Cinnamon(1 stick, or 1 teaspoon of blended cinnamon)
Instructions
Blend the cinnamon, (if it's in the form of a stick) then add it and all the other ingredients to the water. Mix and drink with small sips (better in the morning). Don't add too much vinegar; it can be bad for your digestion.
