Fat burning cocktail with honey and apple vinegar

Ingredients

  • 250 ml Water
  • One tsp Apple vinegar (it's better to make the vinegar by yourself)
  • 1 tbsp Honey (preferably liquid honey)
  • Cinnamon (1 stick, or 1 teaspoon of blended cinnamon)

Instructions

  • Blend the cinnamon, (if it's in the form of a stick) then add it and all the other ingredients to the water. Mix and drink with small sips (better in the morning). Don't add too much vinegar; it can be bad for your digestion.
