Let's go on a "date"

This is a highly nutritious protein smoothie with goat's milk. Dairy products rarely combine well with fruit, but creamy bananas and dried dates are one of the most delicious combinations that your stomach can easily cope with.

Ingredients

  • 1 glass of goat milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 12 dates
  • 1 tsp of lemon juice

Instructions

  • Peel the banana, cut it into chunks
  • Remove the pits from the dates
  • Combine all ingredients in a cup of a blender
  • Blend until frothy and serve
