Choco Loco

Craving chocolate on a diet? We've got the answer! Have some of this healthy drink and satisfy your tummy.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of soy milk
  • 1 banana
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ cup of kale
  • 2 tablespoons of oats optional
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds optional

Instructions

  • Cut the bananas into pieces
  • Remove the tough stems from the green cabbage leaves.
  • Use a food processor or blender to combine all of these ingredients.
