Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini
  • 3 oz of blueberries
  • 1 plum
  • 1 tbsp of flaxseed
  • 1 sprig of basil
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 1 tbsp of honey optional
  • 1 cup of ice

Instructions

  • Pit the plum.
  • Peel the zucchini and chop it up into cubes.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Stop mixing when you see that the elements are fully incorporated.
  • Enjoy right away or refrigerate up to 3 hours.
