- 1 zucchini
- 3 oz of blueberries
- 1 plum
- 1 tbsp of flaxseed
- 1 sprig of basil
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 tbsp of honey optional
- 1 cup of ice
Pit the plum.
Peel the zucchini and chop it up into cubes.
Mix all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Stop mixing when you see that the elements are fully incorporated.
