The cabbage, celery and cranberry salad for the weight loss

The dietary cabbage salad contains a lot of vitamins and microelements. In addition, it is considered to be the number one salad in the containment of potassium, phosphorus, calcium and vitamin C category.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head the cabbage
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • a handful smoked cranberries
  • 2-3 celery stems

Instructions

  • Mince both the cabbage and celery stems. 
  • Cut the onions rings. 
  • Use the medium grater to grate some carrots.
  • Mix all prepared ingredients, add the handful of smoked cranberries and spray both lemon juice and vinegar on top.
  • Add salt to taste.
