Chocolate cottage cheese smoothie

- 100 g cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 cup kefir (or yoghurt)
Put all the ingredients (cottage cheese, cocoa and kefir) in the blender and whip them until you get the drink.
Grate the chocolate and add it to the drink.
