Chocolate cottage cheese smoothie

If you love chocolate as much as we do, you will also enjoy this recipe! Cottage cheese contains a large an excellent of phosphorus and calcium. A cup of cottage cheese smoothie for breakfast will satisfy half of offer daily needs of protein in the organism.

Ingredients

  • 100 g cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 cup kefir (or yoghurt)

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients (cottage cheese, cocoa and kefir) in the blender and whip them until you get the drink.
  •  Grate the chocolate and add it to the drink.
