Healthy Milkshake

This drink is low in calories and serves as a tasty snack in between meals

Ingredients

  • 200 ml of low-fat milk
  • 100 grams of strawberries
  • 1 tsp of honey optional
  • 50 ml of mineral water non-carbonated

Instructions

  1. Blend the ingredients together until fully incorporated. Pour into glasses and serve with a straw.
