Water Kefir Lemonade

A refreshing cool probiotic drink that will make you healthier and help you lose weight.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of water kefir
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • 2 mint leaves
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
  • 2 tbsp of maple syrup optional

Instructions

  1. Zest the lemon so that you have a teaspoon of the zest. Juice the remains.

  2. You can either chop up the herbs and place them into a blender with the other ingredients, or you can rub them and pour the ready product over them.
