Berry Slush

Try this magnificent slushie is something an entire family could enjoy! A healthy way to shed those extra pounds.


  • 1 cup of water kefir
  • 1/2 cup of strawberries frozen
  • 1/3 cup of blueberries frozen
  • 1/3 cup of raspberries frozen
  • 1/3 cup of blackberries frozen
  • 2 tbsp of lime juice
  • 1 tbsp of honey optional


  1. Freeze the berries overnight beforehand.

  2. Zest the lime and juice it.

  3. You can optionally make water kefir ice cubes for a more slush-like consistency.

  4. Mix everything in a food processor and serve while cold.
