Chia-Rose water

This drink is a pleasant mix of flavorful ingredients. Flavors unlock one by one and the texture is funky. You won't regret trying it!


  • 2 tbsp of rose water
  • 2 cups of water kefir
  • 1 cup of strawberries frozen
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds


  1. Soak the chia seeds in water overnight

  2. Place all of the ingredients into a cup of a blender and pulse until they reach a smooth texture. 

  3. Pour into glasses, chill and enjoy.
