Ingredients

  • 20 g oat flakes
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 tsp soda (without gluten)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 g salt
  • 25 g protein (casein)
  • 50 ml Milk 0.5% fat
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 g stevia (sugar substitute)

Instructions

  • Separately beat egg, milk and butter.
  • Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Mix both these mixtures to a homogeneous mass.
  • If the dough turned out too thick, you need to add a little more milk.
  • Fry the pancakes on both sides until cooked in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
