Diet gingersnap

These cookies are amazing, very smelly and spicy. Add this recipe to your healthy nutrition plan. Have a nice meal!

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Oat bran
  • 1 tbsp Wheat bran
  • 1 tbsp Protein (or use dry fatless milk instead)
  • 1 tbsp Coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds (if you want to cook began cookies then add 2-2 tablespoons of water, if not began – egg white)
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Corn starch
  • 1 tbsp Stevia
  • 1 tbsp Coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp Grinded nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Green cardamom
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper (to make it spicy)
  • 1/3 tsp Pink salt
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil

Instructions

  • Put all dry ingredients into the coffee mill and grind.
  • Then add water or egg white and oil.
  • Put dough in the fridge for 10 minutes
  • Roll it out and make cookies.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes, it depends on your oven.
