Healthy Vegan Oatmeal Coconut Cream Cakes

These beautiful oatmeal cakes are very tasty and healthy. And this delicate cream is so delicious! Have a nice meal!

Ingredients

  • 80 g Oatmeal
  • 30 g Almond flour
  • 1 Banana
  • 80 g Apple puree
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Egg white
  • 1 g Pink salt
  • 27 g Casein
  • 1/3 tsp Soda
  • 1/3 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 g Stevia
  • 200 g Coconut oil (You need coconut cream. Put the bottle of fat coconut milk in the fridge and the cream will appear. Or you can also use bought cream)
  • 1/5 80% cacao chocolate (grace cakes with a chocolate chips)

Instructions

  • Whisk oatmeal, almond flour, banana, apple puree, egg and whites, pink salt, casein, soda and baking powder.
  • Place dough into silicon dishes.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • Put them out, cook down in the fridge or eat them hot but without cream. 
  • Whip cream with stevia in the blender and decorate cakes. 
  • Sprinkle with chocolate chips, put into the fridge and then enjoy the taste. You can eat without cream but the cake won’t be so tasty then. Have a nice meal!
