Whisk oatmeal, almond flour, banana, apple puree, egg and whites, pink salt, casein, soda and baking powder.
Place dough into silicon dishes.
Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
Put them out, cook down in the fridge or eat them hot but without cream.
Whip cream with stevia in the blender and decorate cakes.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips, put into the fridge and then enjoy the taste. You can eat without cream but the cake won’t be so tasty then. Have a nice meal!
