Diet sweets like Rafaello

Delicious Sweets. I have decided to create a diet edition of these sweets. And I got this! They are so tasty as the original Rafaello. And what is the most important they are healthy? Cook and enjoy this robust taste. Have a nice meal!

Ingredients

  • 4 Almond
  • 3 tbsp Dry fatless milk
  • 4 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp Corn starch
  • 2 g Stevia
  • 160 ml 0.5% milk
  • 1 tbsp Oat bran
  • 3 tbsp Coconut chips

Instructions

  • Firstly, grind oat bran in a blender or coffee mill. Melt coconut oil. 
  • Boil fresh armoured milk: mix dry milk, stevia, starch, fatless milk (or water) in the blender until smooth. Place on the water bath and stir until thickening. 
  • Add coconut oil and stir again. 
  • Put this mixture in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
  • Then remove it from the fridge, wet hands with water, put the part of the mixture into hand and make a ball with another side.
  • Put one almond into the ball, roll the ball in oat bran, place on the saucer, do the same three times (I made four candies from such quantity of products).
  • Put candies into the freezer for 20-30 minutes. Better put them out in 15 minutes, roll balls again because their shape can change.
  • Then take candies, pour coconut oil and coconut chips into separate saucers. 
  • Dip every candy in the oil and smother in chips.
  • Then put candies into the freezer for the whole night. In the morning you will enjoy their taste. That’s all. Have a nice meal.
