Firstly, grind oat bran in a blender or coffee mill. Melt coconut oil.
Boil fresh armoured milk: mix dry milk, stevia, starch, fatless milk (or water) in the blender until smooth. Place on the water bath and stir until thickening.
Add coconut oil and stir again.
Put this mixture in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
Then remove it from the fridge, wet hands with water, put the part of the mixture into hand and make a ball with another side.
Put one almond into the ball, roll the ball in oat bran, place on the saucer, do the same three times (I made four candies from such quantity of products).
Put candies into the freezer for 20-30 minutes. Better put them out in 15 minutes, roll balls again because their shape can change.
Then take candies, pour coconut oil and coconut chips into separate saucers.
Dip every candy in the oil and smother in chips.
Then put candies into the freezer for the whole night. In the morning you will enjoy their taste. That’s all. Have a nice meal.
