Diet muffins for dinner

It happened that sweets are harmful on the healthy diet, especially for dinner. But sometimes you want to enjoy something tasty. Muffins are not dangerous, they are even useful. They are the source of hormones of happiness – endorphins, which make us smile. Have a nice meal.

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp 0.5% quark
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 Egg
  • 1 Yellow yolk
  • 1 g Stevia
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Carob in powder
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 1/2 tbsp Corn starch
  • 1 g Pink salt
  • 2 tsp Coconut chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  • Separate whites and yolks.
  • Mix all ingredients apart from whites.
  • Whisk whites with a salt and add to dough, stir until smooth. 
  • Place dough in silicon forms. 
  • Pour into coconut chips.
  • Put in the oven, bake for 20-25 minutes. Have a nice meal!
