Diet peanut gingerbread
Diet peanut gingerbreads are tasty both with fatless milk or green tea. They will be delicious even for those who do not like healthy meals. Enjoy!
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter
- 1 Banana
- 3 tbsp Apple puree
- 25 g Dry fatless milk
- 60 g Oat bran
- 3 tbsp Fried powdered carob
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 g Stevia
- 5 tsp Flaked almonds
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
Mix banana puree, apple puree and peanut butter.
Then add all the other ingredients apart from flaked almonds.
Make gingerbread and place them on the silicon mat.
Decorate them, I use flaked almonds.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Then open the oven and give them some time to dry. That’s all. Have a nice meal!
