Diet protein buns

Very useful diet buns for your menu. I really recommend them. They are rich in protein. They are perfect for sportsmen.

  • 1 Egg white
  • 2 tbsp Oat bran
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1.5 tbsp Protein


  • Mix all the ingredients.
  • Roll balls.
  • Put into the oven at 180 degrees and wait until they go up. 
  • You can decorate them with nuts if you want. That’s all. Have a nice meal.
