Diet pumpkin pancakes cake

I have already suggested you cooking different healthy pancakes. Today I have chosen delicate pumpkin pancakes of which you can make a tasty cake. It doesn’t take much time and it’s extremely tasty. You will be always ready to have guests if you know this recipe. And you will add one more delicious meal to your healthy nutrition plan. Have a nice meal!

  • 325 ml 0,5% milk
  • 130 g Pumpkin puree
  • 5 tbsp Cellulose
  • 5 tbsp Oatmeal flour
  • 3/4 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 Chicken egg
  • 2 g Ginger
  • 1 g Pink salt
  • 2 g Stevia
  • 150 g 0% quark
  • 1 Peach


  • Mix everything apart from quark and peach in the blender.
  • Bake at medium heat on frying pan without oil. 
  • Make a cream: take quark, peach and stevia. Whisk in the blender.
  • Make a cake: spread every pancake with cream.
  • Sprinkle with girasol syrup or maple syrup. 
  • Grace with black currant or grapes. That’s all. Have a nice meal!
