- 2 Chicken egg
- 11 tbsp Milk
- 2 Banana
- 150 g Oatmeal
- 1 Lemon
- 1/6 tsp Soda
- 2 g Salt
Whisk all ingredients in a blender at high speed for 2-3 minutes.
Bake small pancakes (10-12 cm) until they are golden brown, 2-3 minutes for every side.
Serve as a cake: spread pancakes with a cream (yoghurt + syrup). Sprinkle its top with a cream and enjoy the meal.
