Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken egg
  • 11 tbsp Milk
  • 2 Banana
  • 150 g Oatmeal
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1/6 tsp Soda
  • 2 g Salt

Instructions

  • Whisk all ingredients in a blender at high speed for 2-3 minutes.
  • Bake small pancakes (10-12 cm) until they are golden brown, 2-3 minutes for every side.
  • Serve as a cake: spread pancakes with a cream (yoghurt + syrup). Sprinkle its top with a cream and enjoy the meal.
