Banana cocktail with honey and cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 150 ml non-fat milk
  • 150 grams home made yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp transparent honey
  • to taste cinnamon

Instructions

  • Cut the banana into large pieces and put into a blender. Pour in 150 ml of non-fat milk, add 150 grams of natural yoghurt with 1 teaspoon of transparent honey and a pinch of cinnamon. Blend in a blender and pour in the cup. Decorate with grounded cinnamon.
