Hot punch with maple syrop against colds

Is ideal to warm the throat and prevention of symptoms of malaise, caused by hypothermia. Traditional sweetener in this cocktail is honey, but we offer you to use maple syrup because of two reasons. Firstly, maple syrup contains much less sugar in comparison with honey, which is very important in achieving fitness goals. Ingredients

  • 10 grams lemon juice
  • 1 tea spoon maple syrup
  • slices of lemon

Instructions

  • Boil water.
  • Mix lemon juice and syrup in termo-cup or bowl.
  • Pour with hot water. Decorate with slices of lemon.
