Apple-kefir cocktail

  • 150 ml of kefir
  • 3 apples
  • grounded cinnamon to taste
  • 1 tbsp honey


  • Wash the apples and peel them, remove the core. Grind on a small grater or mash with a blender.
  • Pour apples with cold yoghurt and whisk with a mixer. Add a little cinnamon and honey to the cocktail, whisk again.
  • Serving. Pour the cocktail in the glasses, if you want to, you can decorate the drink with apple slices.
