Healthy soufflé with cranberries

- 150 grams of cottage cheese 1.8-2%
- 80 grams of apple (grated)
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp Psyllium
- 1 tbsp cranberries
- 1 tbsp non-fat powdered milk
Mix all ingredients, except cranberries and powdered milk.
Pour it into the moulds.
Put some cranberries on top.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Get it out, sprinkle with powdered milk and enjoy the great taste of soufflé. Bon appetit!
