Healthy soufflé with cranberries

Ingredients

  • 150 grams of cottage cheese 1.8-2%
  • 80 grams of apple (grated)
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Psyllium
  • 1 tbsp cranberries
  • 1 tbsp non-fat powdered milk

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients, except cranberries and powdered milk. 
  • Pour it into the moulds.
  • Put some cranberries on top. 
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Get it out, sprinkle with powdered milk and enjoy the great taste of soufflé. Bon appetit!
