  • 100 g Half-baked flour (or you can change it with any other diet flour)
  • 100 g Green buckwheat flour (or you can change it with any other diet flour)
  • 50 g Casein (you can use flour, but casein will sweeten the rolls and increase the per cent of protein)
  • 225 ml 0,5% fat milk
  • 5 g Yeasts (1/2 of a pack)
  • 100 g Banana
  • 4 tbsp Poppy

  • Mix milk and yeasts.
  • Mix flour and casein separately.
  • Pour milk into dry mass, beat dough and leave it for 15 minutes.
  • Make a filling: mash banana with poppy with a fork.
  • ¼ of dough spread on silicon mat with the help of a silicon rolling pin with a 20 cm diameter. For the batter not to stick to mat or pin, grease everything with coconut oil.
  • Cut eight long triangles (I do four similar cuts with a knife)
  • On the edge of every place filling and roll it.
  • Do the same with the other dough and leave it in the fridge till the next time.
  • Bake crescents in the oven at the 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with milk powder, pour tea and enjoy a meal!
