Mix milk and yeasts.
Mix flour and casein separately.
Pour milk into dry mass, beat dough and leave it for 15 minutes.
Make a filling: mash banana with poppy with a fork.
¼ of dough spread on silicon mat with the help of a silicon rolling pin with a 20 cm diameter. For the batter not to stick to mat or pin, grease everything with coconut oil.
Cut eight long triangles (I do four similar cuts with a knife)
On the edge of every place filling and roll it.
Do the same with the other dough and leave it in the fridge till the next time.
Bake crescents in the oven at the 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with milk powder, pour tea and enjoy a meal!
