These diet waffles are delicious and easy to cook. It is a perfect breakfast, especially if you follow a healthy diet. Cook them and be fit and healthy!
Servings: 5 servings
- 150 g Applesauce
- One pc. Chicken egg
- 100 ml 0,5% fatness milk (I use lactose-reduced dairy in this recipe)
- 1/3 tsp Leaven
- 25 g Half-baked flour
- 25 g Green buckwheat flour (you can change it with any other diet flour)
- 1 tbsp Coconut sugar
- 1 g Salt
- 2 g Cinnamon
Bake in wafer oven or multi oven until it is ready, grease with coconut oil with the help of silicon brush.
Serve this 0 calories syrup (I used apricot syrup)
That’s all. Diet breakfast is ready. Have a nice meal and a slim body.
